Stayed here for one night, but i enjoyed it so much!
Thank you to the crew in the restaurant for being so nice and welcoming: Mr.Hesham and his colleagues: Mahreal, Melad (if i didn’t mistake d for t) and Kamal. Everyone was so welcoming.
The rooms were really nice, and have comfortable beds.

My husband and I spent the week of Eid there. We were warmly welcomed from the moment we came into the door. The staff were always happy to help. The room was nice and spacious. Guest relations would call us to see how we were and if we needed anything so that was nice. We would definitely stay again.

Rooms are comfortable, clean, mattress and bedsheets are really good. Toilet is a bit old, but still good.
Location is quite close to the Pyramides, very good.
The hotel offers several options for dinner in an amazing open air area around the pool, but if the restaurant gets full the services can take longer, around 1h to have some snacks or so.
Breakfast is really well served and delicious.
P.S.: Somehow, they sometimes overdo the hospitality checks, asking many times if everything is okay and also requesting Google reviews. But it is understandable, since Egyptian culture is generally warmer and more close-knit.

During a very difficult period, as we were unexpectedly stranded in Egypt due to the war in the Middle East, they showed genuine care, compassion, and professionalism. I’d like to recommend this hotel which well located in Giza really close to Cairo. The atmosphere is relaxed with many facilities such as swimming pool, spa, restaurant, different shops and a pub. I met some of the staff members called Sara and Abdul Latif and Yousef, Marvina from customer service. Mahmoud and Handy, the concierges, were really welcoming upon our tour group arrival. The rooms are spacious, clean and bright. Thank you for making our stay beautiful and comfortable.
