Do not buy online from B.Tech. horrible experience. Over 1 month and still did not refund my money for an order that they wanted to deliver very late.
They use third party dealers that have very long delivery time.

The cashier needs to be more helpful, as they are asking customers to pay in cash instead of using a credit card due to an issue with the CIB POS machine in the store, even though there are other working machines issued by other banks.
Please inform them to stop being unhelpful and avoid passing the responsibility to others just to waste time. They should try to assist customers properly.

Their sales team sold us a low quality mobile phone and when we asked for refund or even to upgrade to higher quality product and to pay the difference they refused.

You can come here for electronics, but it just isn’t that good really. The diversity is very limited. I usually find one or two brands only of any product I want, especially in appliances.
They have a bigger selection of TVs though so it isn’t bad if that is what you are after.
They claim to have the cheapest prices, but I almost always find better prices or better options elsewhere.
