I was told I could exchange the headphones within 2 weeks as long as the box remained unopened. After payment, the staff member unexpectedly opened the package in-store to let me try them, without explaining what was happening. Immediately after, I was informed that since I had used the headphones, they could no longer be exchanged.
Overall, this was a disappointing experience. I also found that the same headphones were around 2,000 EGP cheaper on Amazon, so the pricing was not competitive. I would not recommend B.TECH based on my experience.

Worst customer service ever! Our refrigerator’s door broke and they told us it would take 3 days but it came after 6 days! All our food became unedible so we couldn’t eat anything! There was only a problem that the door wouldn’t close at all and it was for 7,000 EGP! (plus tax)
Do NOT buy anything from them at all!

I purchased a SHARP Air condition recently from B-tech Smouha and speaking frankly the service I got from the installation team was the worst part out of the overall experience, i.e. unprofessional team, late and unprecise appointments, and imposing unexpected high additional charges opposite to what they declare as free installation during the purchasing process.

Delivery service to any place at low prices and if you order online the delivery is free.
Also they have home furnishings and renovation of the house in installments through other shops and companies.
And can be reduced interest if the rest of the remaining amount is paid in cash and that is not found in other installment companies.
Also the conditions of opening the account is easy for all.
