Brother, honestly, someone who understands would be helpful. You made me lose a lot because of your work. You machined my oil plug, and of course, the plug came loose, and the oil spilled onto the ground, and I drove the car without any oil. It even had to go to the mechanics’ house because of you. May God hold you accountable for your work. You employ a bunch of people who don’t even know how to loosen a screw. Your work is terrible, with all due respect to you personally. You made me change my brake fluid and sold it to me at an exorbitant price of 300 Egyptian pounds, and even then, you didn’t use the correct specifications, but they weren’t suitable for my car. Your knowledge of maintenance is superficial, and your work is haphazard and unprofessional.
