They are not committed to appointments. I booked with them and delayed my flight for a week because of the appointment. They only contacted me one day before the appointment and said, “Your appointment is being difficult for next week.” Do you know how much I lost because of the appointment? No one understood at all. Being difficult means being difficult. Bad experience.
