ordered food and it arrived 2:30 hours later. cold and the moussa was undercooked and was not seasoned with butter like i asked.
i complained and their reply was ‘we cant see a problem’
whats the point of having a complaint number if their reply is we dont see a problem when i listed 4
1. 2:30 waiting time
2. fish was cold
3. moussa not cooked how i asked
4. undercooked

Very good experience at Balbaa new village ..
Food is fresh and delicious especially, lamb ribs were mouthwatering and well cooked.
I didn’t like the rib eye was very tough.

I was shocked about the drop in meat quality at Balbaa. Used to be a top place to visit in the old days but though the new place is huge and nice, the quality isn’t there any more and for an average price of 500LE per person for basicaly less than 500G total of meat combined. I don’t think its worth it at all to visit it again. I didn’t try the seafood yet im the new place. “Tarb” was disappointing. Roz Muammar was good but the mest was avarage. Molokheya was good. Salads were average.

Phenomenal experience.
These are not downside to this place if you willing to spend money but unlike many other places I been to, you will get more than your money’s worth back.
As i decided quality of sea food restaurant by how fresh their fish’s are and how well though is their side dishes and boy this place surprise me with the quality of both.

Service and after-service was amazing.
The experience in washroom was new and well designed to cater the needs you have after eating sea foods.
Amazing place, amazing staff, amazing service.
Will visit here again.

One of the best restaurants in Alexandria to try authentic Egyptian food. The appetizers were very delicious, and the freshly baked bread, served hot and fluffy straight from the oven, was amazing. The staff are always attentive and helpful.
A couple of things could be improved: the smoking and non-smoking areas are not clearly separated, which can be uncomfortable for families with children, especially tourists who are not used to smoking indoors. Also, in the restrooms, it would be better to simply provide toilet paper inside instead of having an attendant hand it over
