Long story short: you shouldn’t trust them to clean your engine.

Long story:
They persuaded me of a full car wash using “كيماوي” including washing the engine because I had a weird smell stuck in the car and they were saying it could be a dead animal or something somewhere.

I received the car a few hours later, paid EGP 2,000 and drove back home, which is 10mins away. A couple of hours later, I turned on my car to drive it, it was vibrating in an alerting manner and the ‘check engine’ sign was lit up.

I called them up to tell them what happened they kept denying it could ever be them because they have a very detailed process for cleaning the engine and requested i give them another visit to check it up themselves. But I couldn’t trust that the same people who couldn’t protect my car engine while cleaning it would be trustworthy enough to fix it.

I had to change بوجيهات and “موبينة ٣”.. my car was back to normal after. I paid another 1,500 to fix my car after the car wash. I’m grateful it didn’t end up being a bigger disaster.. but never again!

Very bad experience
I came. At 8:45 am and i was justt car number 5 and there is two technician
I waited for 11 :30 and still i have to wait for another car although one car have left
So they only wash quick car wash in 3 hours

Very bad manner and no staff
Not recommended at all
