    This is a fabulous restaurant.
The best Peruvian food we’ve eaten outside of Peru, great service, and a very nice setting, tucked around the back of the Hyatt Regency.
We had the ceviche, Beef Anticuchos, Sea Bream and Chicken and it was all amazing.
A decent choice of beer, wine and excellent mocktails.
The owner was serving, was clearly very proud of his restaurant and the awards he’d received, and did an excellent job with our request for gluten free food, amending dishes or making clear which would be suitable.
If the weather is nice there’s an amazing outdoor setting, but if it’s cold indoors is just fine.

Delicious. Authentic peruvian food. Many options and they serve alcohol. Staff is very friendly and professional. The only thing I would recommend is more lighting. It is a bit dark inside which is a nice ambiance but a little too dark to see your dinner companion or the food. The Bathroom are outside and there is a very nice patio section. It was too cold the night that we went but it would be lovely when outside is warmer. Other than that it is a very good restaurant in the hyatt compound in west cairo. We made a reservation but the restuarant wasn’t busy. We visited in January.

Reda created a truly memorable dinner experience for us with his excellent recommendations. The restaurant offers what I would describe as an international cuisine, with a diverse and well-curated menu.

I chose sushi, which was incredibly fresh and flavorful, while my husband ordered a burger, and it was equally delicious and perfectly prepared. One detail we especially want to highlight was the wine selection. We chose a Beausoleil white wine, made from a traditional Egyptian grape, and it turned out to be an excellent choice.

While enjoying this wonderful wine, Reda shared fascinating information about the grape variety and wine in general, which added a special touch to our evening and elevated the overall experience.

We ended this lovely dinner with a dessert that was just as impressive. The presentation was outstanding, and when warm chocolate was poured over it at the table, it truly confirmed that we were dining somewhere special.

I would consider this restaurant one of the top spots in Cairo. The vibes are absolutely phenomenal. Their raw dishes are a true specialty — make sure to try the tuna tartare. The slow-cooked ribs are outstanding, tender, and full of flavor.

Service is extremely professional and attentive.
    Highly recommended!
