An excellent clinic that I wholeheartedly recommend!

I came in as an emergency for a medical problem and was seen with remarkable speed and professionalism. I was able to get an appointment the same day, which was incredibly reassuring.
Speaking only French and very little English, and no Arabic or Egyptian at all, I was naturally a little apprehensive about communication. But the entire team was incredibly understanding, patient, and kind. They did everything they could to make me feel comfortable immediately and to ensure I could clearly explain my situation.
A special mention goes to Dr. Seham, who is absolutely exceptional. With rare kindness, gentleness, and attentiveness, she reassured me and put me completely at ease. I felt listened to, respected, and truly supported from beginning to end.
The clinic is impeccably clean, and the staff are incredibly caring, friendly, available, and extremely professional. You can really feel their commitment to caring for patients, not just receiving them.

In an emergency situation abroad, with the added challenge of a language barrier, the care they provided far exceeded my expectations.
A huge thank you to the entire team, and especially to Dr. Seham, for their warm welcome and kindness. I recommend this clinic without hesitation!
