You’re scammers! You canceled the laser service, and I bought pulses from you, but you won’t refund my money.
Regarding your response, it has nothing to do with my problem. I’ve been a customer of yours since 2018, and naturally, I wouldn’t get laser treatment every three months unless your equipment was broken and ineffective. Secondly, you canceled the service itself, and when you told me to do something else instead, I had no problem with that. However, as of December 26, 2025, I haven’t received any response from you about the refund so I know what to replace it with. So, unfortunately, you are scammers.
