The most disgusting place. They burned me and messed up my body. My hands and legs are all burned. They contacted me, but no one has treated me to this day. The sight is awful. They’re thieves, and no one there understands anything. I’m going to file a police report against them.
When I called them, they didn’t answer. When I messaged them on Facebook, they blocked me. They burned me with burns that are really difficult to treat. Honestly, a penny is wasted on them.

Be cautious before purchasing bundled laser packages at this clinic.
My wife suffered burns in multiple treated areas during her laser sessions and is still undergoing medical treatment more than a month later. This has caused significant physical discomfort and stress.
When we raised the issue with management, communication initially started but then stopped entirely. The only solution they offered was a peeling session, which our independent dermatologist clearly advised against, explaining that it was inappropriate and potentially harmful given her condition. After we declined based on medical advice, they stopped responding altogether to refund the money.
They are very effective at selling package deals and convincing clients to commit to multiple sessions upfront. However, our experience raises serious concerns about the level of medical oversight, the qualifications of the practitioners performing the treatments, and the overall standard of care.
We expected professionalism, safety, and accountability. Unfortunately, our experience reflected the opposite.
I strongly recommend avoiding this clinic!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Extremely unprofessional staff and the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I had an issue, and they made me wait for over 3 hours just to “fix”it! only to keep saying, “the owner isn’t responding, and we don’t have the authority.” Totally unacceptable. My advice: run for your life and never waste your time or money here. Definitely my last visit.

Worst clinic I’ve ever been to. Low hygiene, staff aren’t polite. And finally today the “doctor” pulsed laser on a part of my tattoo & burned it! It’s my fault I went there more than once but now this is the last time!
