“I’ve been going to this clinic for a year getting laser hair removal, and suddenly the machine stopped cooling. I complained several times that it was painful, but no one cared. They said it was a new ‘update,’ as if they were trying to save money at the expense of people who had already paid! Then, during my last session, I kept telling the doctor that my body hurt a lot, and she kept saying, ‘It’s okay.’ In the end, I went home from the pain and found my whole body covered in red spots everywhere, in addition to the constant pain. When I talked to them, they told me to get a peel! I don’t want a peel, I want my money back. They keep passing me around and refuse to return the money. It’s literally an untrustworthy place, and they don’t know anything. I’m taking pictures of my body, and I will be taking legal action.”

Appointments are not scheduled, and communication on WhatsApp does not respond at all times. In order to make an appointment for the session, it has been two months for me and I do not know how to take the session. Seriously, it is the worst center.

Based on experience, the people are skilled, the center is beautiful, clean, and the service and offers are great.
