Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. I noticed a significant number of flies inside the place, and the pedicure jacuzzi did not appear to be properly clean or well-maintained.
Given the level of hygiene and overall service, I found the prices to be considerably higher than what the experience justified. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and works on improving cleanliness and service quality, as the place has the potential to offer a much better experience.

I had a very disappointing experience at Bekky Barber in Nasr City. I went there with my son to get his hair cut, and unfortunately, the experience was far from professional. When we arrived, the person in charge was outside the shop on his phone. We were eventually shown into the kids’ haircut room, but it seemed to be under maintenance and wasn’t cleaned up. There was hair all over the floor and on the children’s chairs. I waited for about 5 to 10 minutes, and no one came to help. When I called an employee to ask for assistance, he went outside to the person in charge, who then scolded him for interrupting his phone call. The manager just looked at me and did nothing. After waiting for quite a while without any help or apology, I took my son and left. No one even tried to stop us or apologize.
In the end, I went to their competitor, Saeed Rabie, and the service there was much better. Honestly, I usually go to Bekky Barber, but after this experience, I wouldn’t recommend this branch at all. The management is not responsible enough for a place with such a big name like Bekky Barber.

Just like every other cheap barber in town.
Doesn’t deserve the price or the fame.
Did a protein treatment a month ago which was pretty good, and went today to cut the damaged ends of my hair and cut a little bit of the sides, and as every cheap barber the guy just shaved the sides of my head and trimmed the top part more than I asked for, he takes you by surprise.
Will never go back
