My Experience with the Abbas El Akkad Branch

All I can say is, “God is sufficient for me, and He is the best disposer of affairs.” The center itself isn’t bad; I’d tried it twice before for dermapen sessions, and the results were acceptable, with my face improving after each session. This is what prompted me to choose the same branch again.

But unfortunately, this time the experience was completely different. The doctor didn’t ask me any questions about my skin or speak to me at all. She came in like a butcher and started the session without any concern. After the session, I started noticing serious problems with my skin. My face became swollen, and an ulcer appeared. I contacted them daily, but they didn’t respond at all. Their response was always that it was normal.

This continued until I contacted someone at the Maadi branch, who followed up on my case. After 20 days, my face started to heal, but the ulcer remained near my mouth, and I didn’t notice any improvement from the dermapen session. This means I suffered disfigurement for 20 days, which greatly affected my mental state.

Despite all of that, I did not find any interest or follow-up from the branch that caused this problem, as if it was normal for them!

Dealing with them was amazing and the place is so lovely ❤❤
