My stay at Best Dreams Hotel Dokki started with some misunderstanding regarding the reservation and check-in process. However, the situation was handled professionally, and the hotel management made every effort to resolve the issue.
I would like to extend a special thank you to Shaimaa for her outstanding customer service, professionalism, and kind attitude. Her support made a significant difference and turned the experience into a much more pleasant one.
I was also upgraded to a comfortable double room with a lovely street view, which I truly appreciated. The room was comfortable, and the view added a nice touch to my stay.
Thank you to Shaimaa and the hotel team for their efforts in resolving the issue and ensuring a comfortable stay. I wish the hotel continued success.
