    A very bad company.
I do not recommend dealing with them.

📢 Official complaint regarding a fraudulent training organization called “Our Youth Initiative,” which is affiliated with a place called Black Horse Courses.

I am one of the victims of the so-called “Our Youth Initiative.” I was contacted about a supposed English course and asked to transfer 200 Egyptian pounds via Vodafone Cash as a condition for attending. They promised the course would start the next day at a place called Black Horse Alex Branch.

However, after paying, I was never contacted again. No calls or messages were answered, even though I tried contacting them multiple times using different numbers.

    Even worse:

The address they sent me is different from the official address on Google. They deliberately made it a bit hidden so I wouldn’t read the disastrous reviews.

When I searched, I found dozens of victims writing about the same experience in detail: they take large sums of money (sometimes exceeding 10,000 Egyptian pounds) for fake courses, and after payment, there is no commitment, no response, and no respect.

Many people have complained that they neither respond politely nor issue legal refunds, and they ignore all claims to customer rights.

Anyone who complains or requests their money is dragged into a deliberate cycle of procrastination, and no one responds until they get fed up and are left as if they have no rights at all!

I demand an immediate refund and urgent action against this fraudulent entity to protect those who might pay them even larger sums and fall victim to the same scam.

I am confident in the Consumer Protection Agency’s swift response, as this is your role, which you always fulfill, to protect people from exploitation.

    Thank you for your cooperation.

📢 Urgent complaint regarding a fraudulent training provider known as “Our Youth Initiative,” which is affiliated with a place called Black Horse Courses.

I was contacted through an account called “Our Youth Initiative” about an English language scholarship. I was told that attendance was mandatory after transferring 200 EGP as a deposit. I asked to pay upon arrival, but this was refused, and they insisted that payment had to be made before the scheduled date. I did indeed transfer the money to one of their Vodafone Cash numbers.

After the payment, no one contacted me. I tried calling them from different numbers, and each time the response was, “We’ll let you know,” “Wait,” then communication ceased completely. All of this happened the day before the scheduled date. Then today, they sent me a message saying, “The appointment was today, and you didn’t show up,” even though we were in constant contact, and nothing was confirmed or any real details sent.

The worst part is that they send people a fake website that’s similar to the real Black Horse Courses location so we don’t visit their page and see the terrible reviews, which are all complaints about the same scam and experience.

I’m not alone; dozens of people have written the same complaints: they take large sums of money (sometimes thousands of pounds), deceiving people with promises of courses and certificates, and after payment, there’s no response, no actual service, and no refund.

Anyone who complains or asks for their money is dragged into a deliberate cycle of procrastination, and no one responds, until they get fed up and are abandoned as if they have no rights!

I’m not just demanding my rights, but I’m also worried about the people who might get involved with them and lose even more money, especially since they exploit the dream of education, scholarships, and a better future.

I urge you to take immediate action and investigate this matter, because we trust the Consumer Protection Agency to protect people from swindlers and opportunists like this.

    Thank you very much.
