Very unprofessional waited for an hour during my first appointment although i was right on time. They kept giving me fake reasons and making it seem like i’ll go in 5 every time i asked. I could see the laser room was empty not sure what happened here but the staff as-well was very unprofessional and rude.

This is the most unprofessional clinic I’ve ever dealt with. It took me three separate booking attempts just for them to respect the appointment time, and every single visit came with a different issue. The front desk and receptionist team are extremely disorganized and unprofessional, to the point where appointments you book don’t even get properly registered in their system. I’ve honestly never been this frustrated with a clinic before. Completely disappointing experience.
