Today went to ask for medication. When I asked for another box, the lady was getting it until her friend looked at her because I told her I couldn’t find it in the market. Once I said that, she looked at her friend, closed the cupboard that told me it’s the last box. I asked my friend to call that same pharmacy to get me a box and she got it. That was within 2 hours . I now went to the manager. I was told her name was Sara but there’s a person named Esraa saying she’s the manager. Giving them another chance and I asked, do you have another box of this. She said no. Then I told her that’s weird as my friend just got one. Can’t believe they decide who gets the medication and who doesn’t.
The Google reply from the pharmacy below only reinforces my original review. Instead of taking responsibility, they appear to be changing the story after the fact.
They now claim there is a one-box-per-customer policy. However, that was never communicated to me in the store. The seller repeatedly said, “This is the last box.” When I asked whether they only receive one box per shipment (since the stock had arrived that morning), she clearly said no, and just insisting that it’s the last box. If there had genuinely been a one-box-per-customer policy, she would have stated that from the beginning. She didn’t.
What happened next is what made the interaction so disappointing. The seller only refused to sell me a second box after I mentioned to her colleague that I had been searching for this product for three weeks and couldn’t find it anywhere. Her colleague immediately looked at her, and the seller quickly closed the cupboard instead of getting me another box. Until that moment, there had been no mention of any purchase limit.
The explanation in your reply does not match what actually happened in the store. If a purchase limit truly existed, it should have been communicated clearly and consistently at the time—not introduced later in response to a public review.
Rather than trying to justify the incident after the fact, I suggest you review your staff’s conduct and customer service standards, especially the employee who identified herself as the manager. Customers deserve honesty, transparency, and respectful treatment.. not inconsistent explanations.
They advertise fake offers on the shelves , but at the cashier the prices are high
The cashier was very rude saying that the offers are not valid anymore
worst ever!! bad service!! they wouldn’t let me in to get bandages for emergency!! when all stores were open except this pharmacy! this is unbelievable and unacceptable! staff are always on their phone
Excellent service. Very helpful staff over the phone. Answering thoroughly all of my questions regardless of how many they are. They also have a wide range of international AND local cosmetics brands that I love to encourage.
