Sehr schöner Ort mit einem tollen Ausblick. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ahmed vom Service und Maha Moustafa von der Guest Relation waren sehr freundlich und haben einen tollen Eindruck hinterlassen. Ich kann diesen Ort nur empfehlen und werde bestimmt wiederkommen.

Horrible customer experience. We had a confirmed dinner reservation through their Facebook page, verified with our details and preferred time. We requested a special occasion table, but they explicitly stated over Facebook message that they do not reserve specific tables.
When we arrived, absolutely nothing had been done to secure us a table, and we were forced to wait for other guests to finish and leave. Meanwhile, there was a table decorated for a two-person dinner sitting completely empty. When we asked about it, they claimed it was reserved—contradicting their own policy that specific tables couldn’t be reserved. To make matters worse, that table stayed empty the entire night; no one ever showed up.
The staff were incredibly arrogant and unhelpful. They left us sitting off to the side and didn’t even bother to notify us when a table finally opened up.
An hour later, we managed to find a table ourselves, only to wait another half an hour just to have our order taken. When the food finally arrived, it was wrong because the waiter served us another table’s order.
Frankly, it was a horrible experience, and I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this place.
