Rooms not clean, service very bad specially the waiting area before check in time long time to wait even after your explanation that you drive for almost 8 hours need to rest, location (need to getting out to reach the sea)!

Fancy place to have a quite vacation with your beloved ones
Clean and well organised, we’ve enjoyed alot
This place is suitable only for families, for young people and youth it will not fit.
Also, I recommend to arrange shuttle buses to drop the clients or tenants to the Town.

I have a timeshare in Sokhna, and decided to try Porto Matrouh. I was surprised by the level of their reception professionalism, time to check in, and the apartment was dirty and had many insects.
The beach and the qura park require a 200EGP voucher each to enter. The beach is rocky, you cannot get into the sea, you can only enjoy the view.
The pools are great, kids loved the water play area. Lifegaurds are doing a great job on the pool, but there are not services, cafeteria or even a WC at the pool.
