Extremely, extremely, extremely bad service.
I bought the water heaters more than 20 days ago and I’ve been trying to get a technician to install them. Every time, the company tells me the technician is on his way, and I wait for hours, but in the end, he doesn’t come. Unfortunately, there wasn’t even an apology. The worst after-sales service I’ve ever experienced.
