Ordered the Mango Sago, but more than half the cup was filled with ice. I only got two sips out of it before it was empty. This is unacceptable

I really like coming to BOBAZ. The place is cozy and nice for chilling or studying. The signature is their matcha blended is really good, smooth and refreshing 🍵🧋
I also like the crowd here, quite a lot of Asian customers so the vibe feels lively. Sometimes I see a male doctor who comes often too, kinda cool 😄Overall, a nice spot to relax and enjoy good drinks.

A nice place with mirrors for taking photos, especially for young people, and the taste is excellent—especially the boba.
In my opinion, it’s the best place in Nasr City in terms of both location and flavor.
I recommend you try the matcha boba.

No! They are very far behind in the rising Boba scene of Cairo.
This store is huge; however, they are not taking advantage of that size and location. They are surrounded by multiple Asian stores of all sorts. It’s one of the most Boba-rich areas in Cairo, so the competition is tough, and it seems they are not up to it! Their drinks are amateurish: too much milk in the milk tea-tastes more like melted ice cream. The place is noisy and not so clean. The boba wasn’t fresh either.
I am willing to check it again for cleanliness in a few months, but I doubt that I will order Boba.
