Patients are required to wear face masks during scans, but this policy does not appear to be consistently followed by staff, which can feel confusing.
The centre is difficult to locate as there is limited signage in the building, and patients often need to ask for directions to find the clinic on the 10th floor.
A more welcoming and friendly approach from staff would greatly improve the overall experience.
Payment is taken upfront, but waiting times are unclear and patients are not given an estimate of how long the delay may be.
On the positive side, the clinic is affordable, accepts Visa payments, and offers walk-in services, which are very convenient.

Really bad experience I don’t recommend this place for anyone at 4 PM the lady in the front desk have a bad attitude most of the workers inside not professionals no one is kind I visited a lot of places I haven’t experienced one like this and not just me people inside we’re talking about the same thing
