A truly awful place. The manager can’t control her staff; the receptionist (boy) is aggressive and rude, and the girl doing the laser treatments is incompetent. They don’t know their job or how to deal with customers. The owner, Sherry, is completely out of it; it’s a complete mess, with no regard for customer service, insults, and rudeness.
