​I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction and concern regarding a violation of public health laws observed during my recent visit to your establishment.
​While I found the venue to be otherwise quiet and pleasant, I was extremely upset to find that smoking was permitted and actively occurring within an enclosed area of the premises. This is a direct contravention of the local regulations and public health laws prohibiting smoking in indoor public spaces.
​When I raised this concern with a staff member, I was informed that the establishment’s owner, Mr. Ahmed, had personally authorized the allowance of smoking, effectively sanctioning an illegal activity. This response is unacceptable and demonstrates a clear disregard for legal compliance and the well-being of non-smoking patrons.
​As a customer who prioritizes health and adherence to the law, this experience was very negative and led to my premature departure.
