They have absolutely no respect for their customers’ time. My appointment was at 2:30, yet I sat there waiting for over an hour while the employees laughed, chatted, and completely ignored the people who were actually paying for their services. No one even acknowledged the delay or offered something as basic as a glass of water until I asked how much longer it would be.

The worst part wasn’t even the wait—it was the dishonesty. I was repeatedly told the artist was “10 minutes away.” That was simply false. She didn’t walk through the door until another 30 minutes later. If you’re running behind, be honest. Don’t waste your customers’ time with excuses and false promises. Completely unprofessional, and I won’t be coming back.
