The staff was very nice and the specialist was very professional and nice i’m very satisfied in general ♥️

I’m sharing this in case anyone is considering going there for hair treatment: please think twice — actually, think several times.

1. Their hair cleansing service was extremely disappointing. They sell a dandruff session that is supposed to work like a scrub, but without  any massage to the scalp the technique can’t be effective at all. Then, when it didn’t work, they sell another session the same day before and after treatment !!!

2. The experience felt more like aggressive sales than professional artistry. You go in for one service, and suddenly it becomes ten add-ons  of sub services so instead of paying the original price, you end up paying multiple times.

3. One of the owners walked in while a client was complaining for waiting much. There was one stylist working nonstop and clearly doing her best, while two support staff were barely helping. Instead of supporting her employee or managing the situation professionally, the owner yelled at her and told the client that she must work for you now !!!

4. The same owner casually mentioned that her husband was in Tel Aviv. Regardless of anyone’s personal reasons, ignoring cultural sensitivity in the current context felt deeply disrespectful.
5. They almost kicked me out before one of the paid service be completed because it was 9:30 PM and they must close while they write it in google they work from 10 AM to 22;30 PM which is not correct …

There is more I could say, but I’ll stop here.

Please think carefully before booking. What other major salons consider bare minimum service, they treat as an additional paid service.

Facial cleansing session was more than perfect … the result was an immediate one that my daughter who was accompanying me , encouraged too to try this fantastic experiment.. The expert Mrs. Walaa was amazing & so friendly
