My recent visit to Brazilian Coffee Stores was extremely disappointing. I used to enjoy coming here in the past, but the quality has gone downhill completely. The coffee had no richness or aroma—it tasted flat and watered down. The cake I ordered was dry, stale, and almost inedible, nothing like what I remembered before. On top of that, the service was shockingly poor: the staff were unfriendly, dismissive, and made the whole experience uncomfortable. What was once a charming and enjoyable café now feels neglected and careless. Sadly, I wouldn’t recommend it anymore.

The environment seems to be quite noisy, and the arrangement does not appear to be well-organized. It also seems rather crowded. I requested a flat white and a chofan croissant, which were enjoyable, although the coffee portion was a bit small.
Always i had better expectations about this historical place.
