Brazilian Microblading Center – El Sheikh Zayed

Updating my review from ⭐️⭐️ to ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ after my eyebrows have healed… I went here for a microblading touch up. I didn’t want the shape of them to change. I just wanted a color touch up. When she finished, my eyebrows were much thicker than before and I felt unhappy with it like I had lost the arch to my eyebrows. Surprisingly as they have healed, they have become thinner and more like the original shape. I’m more pleased with how they have healed versus the initial result.

I had an amazing experience with this hair treatment! From the moment I arrived, the staff was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They carefully explained the treatment process and recommended what would work best for my hair type.

Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with the service at all. I went there for lip colouring for the first time. The receptionist spoke to me as if I was supposed to already understand how the service works. She explained everything very quickly the whole time, as if she had no time for the customer.

The technician who worked on my lips did not speak either English or Arabic, so she could barely explain what she was going to do except through gestures. The session itself only took around fifteen minutes, without much attention to detail. Even after finishing, she could not explain the next steps, how long the colour would last, or what aftercare I should follow.

The receptionist then handed me a paper and quickly explained what was written on it, again in a way that made me feel like I was a burden, even though this is the bare minimum a customer should expect.

After today’s experience, I will not return for any future sessions because I did not feel they were professional in their work. It honestly felt like they care more about what they post on social media than about the actual customer experience.
