I was shocked at the level of service in the Heliopolis branch. I went for a hair treatment which I had to pay for before starting, and this is a first! I was charged 10K with the claim that it is a “safe” treatment and the “expert’s” recommendation. I regret it now, but I went for it based on the overselling reviews which I now believe were not genuine. My skin burnt for the whole time, i was left waiting for 2.5 hours with the treatment on my hair, and the staff were being very dismissive and not keen to let the customers know how their turns are or when their waiting time is due. You just sit, and wait and wait and wait. Crazy waiting time, with a harsh treatment on my hair, i was so furious and very stressed, which is not the way I should be feeling when I take some time off to do something for myself! The brazilian staff are unfriendly, and they do not care for your comfort. They don’t mind having loud talks or playing loud music while you are trying to relax or talk on the phone. They “do not speak english” so they don’t answer questions! I am very skeptic of the product they used, and I asked to see the bottle; but apparently it is top secret! The receptionist was like: it is in portugese and you will not be able to understand it, and you are not allowed to take photos! It is my fault for not checking the Google reviews here before going. Very angry about the 10k spent for a horrible service and the time wasted on a less-than-average hair treatment. Never again!
