Brew And Chew (kafr abdou)

It was our first time coming here and it’s not disappointing. The manager was super helpful and kind as well as the server. They were quick to attend to us whenever we needed attention.

The location is also easy to lookout for and really great ambience to hangout with friends or just chill and read a book. It comes with a great view too!

I ordered the Melting Chocolate Filled Cookie Dough today from Bew and Chew, and it was a very disappointing experience. For the first time, it was placed in a paper box instead of the usual plastic, which affected its texture. Every time I order, the quality seems to get worse—the portion is smaller, and this time, the cookies were undercooked and didn’t taste right.

However, after my complaint, they personally called me, were very polite, and genuinely concerned about my experience. They offered to redeliver or make it right, showing great care for their reputation. They sent me a club sandwich and molten cake instead, and both were very good.

I truly appreciate their response and thank them for their effort. I hope they continue to maintain this level of customer service!

I had their four season omelette, it was nice and had great portions.
Their Melting Chocolate field looked was smaller than the picture in the menu but it was enough for 3 people as u wouldn’t be able to finish it on ur own bec of the amount of sugar.
