They are very commercial, he’ll try to convince you to add more patches and make more work which not only is unnecessary but may hurt the tyre or even destroy it. Again if you’re in for a minor adjustment its fine but I recommend going to a more professional and decent repair shop. Their other services are very good but try to avoid them if you ever get a puncture.
