They said that if you get an offer for 2 people and we are a group of 3 , the 3rd is not allowed to eat from the offer, and they said they have cameras 😂, and if they saw the third person eating from the offer , they would approach us and tell us it’s not allowed!! We also asked if we could order 2 offers but would take the rest takeaway, they also refused. Such a very fun policy where we would get spied on while eating! Ofcourse we left! 😂😂😂 Halarious

This is place is so overrated
We arrived late than our friend group, the staff kept us standing for more than 15 mins just to get one of the available tables and chairs from inside. Even when they got us the table, it was super dirty and only when we asked to get it cleaned, they brought someone to clean it.
Wings were very normal, nothing special, we had all you can eat offer and honestly wouldn’t come again for sure, had much better wings in other places, not worth the hype at all.
The service is so bad! We had to request the same thing for more than 4 or 5 times to have it. Needed new plates, napkins, gloves, nothing gets done, no one brings you anything
This place doesn’t know what customer service means!

1- The service was awful. I kept standing for atleast 15 minutes asking for extra table and 3 chairs, and they kept delaying and making us wait even more, although there were seats available.
2- We used to ask for everything for atleast 3-4 times. Multiple times asking for napkins, plates, gloves, and so on. They sometimes totally neglect our order altogether. They ruined the entire experience for us.
3- The food didn’t live up to its expectations or prices. The quality doesn’t match the pricey orders, especially that we ordered the “All You Can Eat” chicken wings which was massively overpriced.

Very good quality and you cant miss the all you can eat offer very good offer , the service is great and a very heartfelt thank you for (Basma) 1 of the staff she’s very friendly and always smiling which is an important way to treat your customers she’s also very helpful in the flavors choices and have a very good taste in it , i highly recommend asking for her by the name to help you. Definitely a place to go to again if the qauilty stays the same. Thank you!

We tried the all you can eat wings and the wings are great especially the lemon pepper ones which were awesome. the sheraton branch is definitely way better in terms of the atmosphere and although the service is a bit questionable especially in the zayed branch they have really good quality consistency.
