I ordered and PAYED from the app and just went to Smouha to pick up the order after 30 min as MENTIONED in the app. When I arrived I expected to find my order ready the manager told me he’ll begin to process the order I was furious and asked why do your app says pick up time after 30 min and you begin the order when the customer show up the answer was weired ; since sometimes some customer arrive late so they decided to neglect the time shown in the app and begin when the customer show up. Also they don’t apologize for the delay as this decision is for my own good. LOL
Any way the food was standard . because it was prepared in haste.
