I did not receive the cleaning as per the agreed checklist, and was extremely disappointed with the service received – however after complaining I was contacted by the owner and was offered a full refund or another deep cleaning with higher standards which I think was a fair and professional way to manage the situation at hand. I appreciate the owner, Mr Sherif, making contact and ensuring the service was rectified.
