Butcher’s Burger

I visited Butcher’s Burger at Mall of Egypt for the first time during a business meeting and chose it for lunch. The staff were very polite, attentive, and helpful, which made the experience comfortable. I ordered the steak; the meat quality was very good, although the taste was not exceptional—possibly due to the seasoning. My friend ordered a chicken dish that was above average. The salad was fresh and very good, and the buffalo wings were also quite enjoyable. Prices are slightly on the higher side compared to the portion size and overall quality, but still acceptable for the location and service.

First min. was like the last, everyone treated me with a wide smile which states the very good training from the upper management team. Although my order was extremely small, but I felt I was having a special treatment!! However, it wasn’t only me, I believe they treat all customers this way. With my appetizer order, even the manager came to check on it in such a nice way.

Service was 7 stars, very fast and with hot food.

All employees are very presentable and professional. As a business researcher, I would say they’ve applied all the four Ps of marketing. They deserve all the best, as literally they made my day. Many thanks for everyone who adds a touch to this amazing restaurant.
