They’re losing customers just because of the staff’s behavior, mixing up orders and then telling you that’s what you asked for, refusing to change the order once they get it wrong, or pretending to go change it.
We’ve given them plenty of chances but this has happened 3 times now.
An experience to try out once and never come back again, they can’t keep customers longterm because of this behavior.
Never ordering there again.

This restaurant in Nasr city is very good, clean environment and great conduct from the staff.
Their Somali tea hits the spot!
I highly recommend this place for anyone who wants amazing Somali food. They also have a place for families!

I just want to seat at VIP but the waiters said just for family. What is that?
Also The waiters not responsible I was sitting so long.
Air conditioner not working at all area except VIP seat but i am forbidden to seat there.
Because this summer we need AC.

They’re saying we sell Somali food but didn’t taste a bit like Somali food was really disappointing after being recommended it by my friends. Two bites and I couldn’t continue waste of time and money.

I placed an order over the phone and came to pick it up. However, when I arrived, I found out that the order hadn’t even been started. This caused inconvenience and delays, and this is the second time this has happened. Please take action to ensure this does not happen again in the future.
