This is a testimony of truth, and I will be held accountable for it before God Almighty:
This institute is one of the most disgusting and appalling institutions in terms of student services and student affairs.
In light of this, I will tell you about an incident that happened to me two years ago. My grandfather was very ill, and I needed to travel outside of Egypt for a very short period. So I traveled;
A week later, I sent my brother, who has special needs, to request a suspension of my registration. He then went and asked for a copy of the exit stamp on my passport, which I sent along with the request. They said it was fine, God willing, and that the request would be accepted with 100% certainty. They also said they would contact me if there were any problems, and my brother left his number.
The engineer who was there was named Karima. No one contacted my brother, and nothing happened that warranted concern. Anyway, a year and a half later, when I contacted them to renew my registration and complete some paperwork at the student affairs office, they told me I had an outstanding debt of about 70,000. My response was simply two words: “God is in control.”
