Disappointing experience – Great DJ, but terrible service and sound engineering.
I was really looking forward to the night, but the staff completely ruined the vibe. Most of the workers here have a major attitude—they are rude, unhelpful, and treat customers incredibly poorly.
When it gets crowded, trying to order a drink from the bar is an absolute disaster. On top of that, they engage in shady pricing tactics: when you order a beer, they automatically serve you the small size without mentioning that a larger size is available for just 20 EGP more.
As for the music, the DJ was actually nice and played a good set. However, the live music performance was let down by an awful sound check. The mix was totally off—we could barely hear the lead singer at all because the bass and drums completely drowned everything else out.
Between the bad sound quality and the hostile staff, it’s hard to recommend this place.

I am very disappointed with my visit to this club. We came for a concert that was stated on the tickets to start at 8:00 PM, but in reality we were forced to wait until 11:00 PM. And even that is still uncertain, as I am writing this review while still waiting for the concert to begin. At first, we were told it would start at 10:00 PM, then later it was postponed to 11:00 PM. There was no clear information or explanation provided. Nothing was mentioned on the website.
We bought our tickets in advance, and we were not informed that there were different ticket categories. During the evening, we were moved from our table to the bar area, which was very unpleasant and showed a complete lack of organization.
Overall impression — very poor organization, lack of communication with guests, and complete uncertainty about the concert start time. Unfortunately, the experience was negative, and I do not recommend this venue for attending concerts.

Really nice place, comfortable seating, stylish interior, good sound and a rooftop patio. The kitchen offers a huge variety of food as well. Be on the lookout for the events there, it’s definitely worth checking out!
