The worst ever. The lab was absolutely filthy. The person who drew my sample pricked my hand several times and didn’t know how to take it properly. They delayed my test results, and when they finally came out, they were wrong. I was under a lot of pressure for days because they marked me as high risk, and I had to repeat the test at several different labs, but their results were far from normal.

I was warned before by many lab techs about using cairo lab but didn’t think that they were this bad. First of all I’d like to draw your attention to their extreme lack of customer service. My concerns were not addressed and they take forever to respond, I had to submit a formal complaint through their hotline to get a response.
I was tracking my progress with my medications through the lab results, one time they gave me a set of results with a specific reference range and another they gave me completely different results with completely different reference range even though I was asking for the same test and the problem is that they don’t think that this is odd or strange. They said and I quote”both results are in normal range whats your issue?”
Their response was that they do the tests in a different way every time and that they don’t have a standard way of doing the tests then how the hell am I supposed to track my progress
FYI when one is taking medication all the variables should be constant and the only thing that should be changing is the medication. So when they are messing up the standardization that I’m trying to achieve then they have butchered my tracking.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS LAB.
