They have good products however the sales person was not customer need focused. He wanted to upsell at any cost even if we mentioned what we needed simply because we choose a simple camera bag but he wanted to sell a BIG one

We needed a ND filter for our Sony camera and they went above and beyond to get it delivered to our hotel to ensure we receive the package when we need it. Special thanks to Mr Ahmed who helped us greatly. I recommend this shop to any tourists/ photographers visiting Cairo, looking for camera accessories as the service and friendliness is exceptional.

I would not recommend this shop. I bought a device that I ended up not needing. I had never used it, so went to return it. The owner was very rude, and told me that I could not return it because it was too late, that their policy is two weeks. It was actually day 14, so I was wishing the two weeks, but they told me that the hour was too late. It was not (I had bought the device at 18:26 and it was 18:10), and the guy told me that last week they had changed (daylight saving time) and that it was one hour late… i will not come back.
Update: the owners responded to my comment saying that the object was not sealed. That is simply not true. It was just as I had purchased it. And they laughed at my face when I mentioned the issue of timing and how it was a matter of one hour. It was not a misunderstanding. They were bad.

Do not recommend it. They offered me a camera that was not really new. They also let you only try the camera if you promise that you are buying it.
I also experienced that in another shop in Egypt. Its a pity that the culture in Cairo works like that. And as I foreigner I recommend you just not to trust them at all when you are trying to buy stuff there.
