Eng. Ahmed El Sharkawy is an icon in Egypt and the Middle East. His is a fully integrated maintenance center. May God bless him. I’ve been dealing with him for 3 years, and since then, I would never go anywhere else. His work is professional and his service is excellent.

High prices for labor and spare parts for children; the workers have no experience; the owner is not present and does not personally oversee the work; unfortunately, the online advertising is unrealistic.

I went and found him gone. Some young kids were talking to him on the phone, giving him an unqualified assessment without any experience. It was all “throw it away, get a new one, we’ll do the job out of thin air.” If he found a shoe on your foot, he’d multiply the work fee by 10, and if he was selling you a spare part, he’d add 30% to the price. A frustrating experience.
