It was my first time visiting Caribou Coffee, and I really enjoyed the experience! The branch is beautiful, spacious, and quiet, with seating available both indoors and outdoors, as well as upstairs and downstairs.
I also loved that there are power outlets next to almost every table, which makes it a great spot for studying or working. Some of the smaller tables are a bit compact and fit around 2–3 people, but they’re still comfortable and practical.
The staff were lovely and very friendly, especially Sahar, who made me a delicious iced salted caramel!
Definitely a place I’d come back to😍😍

I always go to caribou in city stars, but this is the first time i get bad experience. I order ice matcha mango as always, but its not the same price as usual. So I check the receipt and written that I add sauce strowbery. So I complain about this to the cashier, he said that ice matcha added by sauce, no matcha mango, I always order this menu so i know its a lie. After some argues he gives me back 35egp, in fact he add sauce strowberry that cost 40egp. This is the worst experience I have, even if I am a foreign it is illegal to do this, maybe we can just be kind person to each other. Please take a not as costumer to check ur order again, maybe the cashier do the same thing to you

I ordered coffee beans through Talabat. The product photo showed a sealed bag, but the image was small and did not clearly display the weight. I searched online and found that this brand is typically sold in 500g bags, so that is what I expected.
However, when my order arrived, it did not come in a sealed bag as shown in the picture, and there was no label indicating the weight. The quantity also appears much smaller than expected — closer to 200g.
I’m very disappointed, as this feels misleading. I would appreciate clarification about the product size and packaging, and a resolution to this issue.

First The 5 for the service the girl there is so helpful, polite , super kind & friendly moreover smiling always 💕 I can’t remember her name ( she is a small girl with pretty brown skin ) . I gave her money as a tip for herself but for sure the rules is to add at the box and she added at the box , I hope one day these rules to be changed as I want to give her not to give it for all .
Second Matcha 🍵 was nice & and the atmosphere is okay.
