Kindly i need to inform the head office or the owner the brand very bad im so upset about the happened with me have miss some item and no one answer me call and no one can’t solve my issue the sales there care only about them target and them said not our business about solveing the issue go police what is this i pay money to take product and no thing happened i hope the all people see my review really no one go there very very very bad people and very bad service

A terrible experience; disrespectful behavior from the staff and the Alexandria branch manager, Mr. Islam.
I tried several times to contact the branch by going there or calling Mr. Sherif to follow up on the delivery date, but I was ignored. I later discovered there was no delivery plan in place. The delivery was not made on time, resulting in losses!
