Carrier air conditioning

I had to give them one star but the truth they don’t deserve it at all. This is the first time I wish I can give -5. Three appointments to deliver and couldn’t install at the same day because they arrived late and compound policy does not allow workers after 4pm. Then eight days of continuous follow up and different appointments to end up calling a different company to install and pay the installment. Their engineer Mahmood hanged up on me twice and rarely reply my calls. Call Center kept telling me to call the engineer to get the appointment. Anyway if time returns again I wouLd never deal with such irresponsible and irrespecutful company.
The ACs are good quality and high prices. With such prices there should be a better customer service.
