I want to buy treasury bills through the National Bank of Egypt. I went to the Toussoun branch in Mansheya, Alexandria, and was surprised when the branch employee asked for 50 Egyptian pounds monthly for filing documents. He insisted on it every month, and then once said it was always due, and his manager confirmed this without question. Today I went to the National Bank of Egypt branch in El Batash, and the employee was much better. He said I pay 32 pounds the first time and about 6.5 pounds every month. I asked to read the terms and conditions for filing documents, but I don’t understand them, especially the last item under the table, which says “other unspecified expenses.” Please help me buy treasury bills, as I have already purchased them twice and I have the unified code.
