لا تنخدعو في هذه الشركة وانها من اوائل الشركات تسليم في بيت الوطن فانا مشتري من الشركة و لا يوجد مصداقية في المعاملة ولا مصداقية في التسليم ولا مصداقية في اي شيء يخص بيع العقارات

Don’t be fooled by the company and its slogans claiming they were the first to deliver in Beit Al Watan, that they are committed and credible, and that delivery is a red line. Unfortunately, based on experience, this is all untrue. There are unjustified delays in delivery, and the completion rate doesn’t exceed 20% by the delivery date. Worse still, they demand a 50% price difference from the official contract price, threatening to halt work and reclaim the land if they refuse.
