One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had.
I chose Charl to celebrate my birthday, but instead of enjoying my day, it was completely ruined because of the poor service and the staff’s attitude. We were promised outdoor seating at 9:30 PM, waited until 10:00 PM, and then were simply told it wasn’t happening.
The staff were rude, unprofessional, and showed no respect or concern for their customers. No apology, no solution—just a very disappointing experience.
I will never visit Charl again, and I definitely won’t recommend it to anyone. The worst customer service I’ve experienced.
