The prices are very expensive compared to others.

These are some of the worst people you could ever deal with. I called to ask about spare parts, and he told me the price would be available when they arrived. I said, “Sir, I need to know the price so I can budget,” and he said, “I can’t.” Then I went to ask for an engine mount, and he said they didn’t have any. I told him I wanted all four mounts, and he said, “Yes, if that’s the case, they’re available, but not individually.” It was incredibly rude, and besides, they’re extremely expensive. Abu Auf and Qased Karim are worse than them.
