I have a problem with my card and no one answer

I don’t understand that I am a customer of the bank and I want to deposit money into a company account at the bank, but I cannot because of the bank’s policy that there are specific branches for company deposits. Please look into this matter, as a lot of time and money is being wasted without any benefit.
